Sung Worship

Here at St Tees we are passionate about seeking the presence of God. As a result we spend time as a church family seeking God’s presence through worship and prayer. We believe that as we give God praise and worship and fix our eyes on Him, we encounter Him new ways, see His kingdom come and leave strengthened and ready to live lives of worship in our daily lives.

We also recognise that people meet with God in different styles of sung worship and that’s why you’ll find different styles of worship at different services.

•    9am - Reflective and peaceful; More traditional songs led by a small musical ensemble.
•    11am - Friendly and informal; Family friendly, band led worship.
•    7pm - Lively and contemporary; Lively, contemporary worship seeking to try new things.

However you meet with God, we hope there’s somewhere that you can call home at St Thomas’s.

Getting involved

We are always looking for new people to serve in our worship team. If you play a musical instrument, can sing or feel that you might have something else to bring to the sung worship life of St Tees, then please get in touch with our Sung Worship Coordinator, Jack Wilkinson. Contact Jack
